About Spokane ProCare

Since 1987, Spokane ProCare has proudly served the Spokane community with honest, dependable lawn, tree, and shrub care. We are locally owned and operated, and our decisions are made right here in Spokane by people who understand the climate, the community, and the customers we serve.

For over 35 years, we have helped maintain and improve Spokane landscapes. We know what works in our region, and we treat every property with the same care and attention we would give our own.

When you call Spokane ProCare, you are not reaching a call center — you are connecting with a local team that knows your property, understands your needs, and is committed to helping you get the best results.

Our approach is simple: do the job right. If the weather or conditions are not right for an application, we wait. We would rather provide the right service at the right time than rush through a job just to get it done.

We customize every plan to fit your property, your goals, and your budget. We will never recommend a service that does not add real value.

As local owners, Sarah and Evan take pride in leading a team that shows up, pays attention, and stands behind its work. Our customers trust us because we care about the details and are committed to keeping Spokane landscapes healthy, beautiful, and well cared for year after year.

Meet the Owners

Spokane ProCare is locally owned by Evan and Sarah, whose roots with the company go back decades.

Evan began working at Spokane ProCare in 1994 as a spray technician after studying horticulture at Washington State University. Sarah joined the company in 2000 as the front office receptionist. When the original owners, Kevin and Carol, were ready to retire, they gave Evan and Sarah the opportunity to continue the company’s long-standing commitment to honest, dependable landscape care.

Today, Evan oversees field operations and service quality, bringing years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Spokane landscapes. Sarah oversees customer communication, office operations, payroll, finance, scheduling, and company direction. Together, they are committed to doing the job right, giving honest recommendations, building a reliable team, and maintaining strong relationships with their customers.

Both Evan and Sarah have deep ties to the Spokane area. Evan moved to Spokane in 1988, married his wife Lesa in 1994, and raised two daughters who both attended Rogers High School, went on to Washington State University, and worked at ProCare. He is also a proud grandfather and enjoys gardening, mentoring others, and seeing properties improve over time.

Sarah moved to Spokane in 1992, graduated from Mead High School in 1998, and married her husband Stephen in 2004. She and Stephen raised two children in the Mead community, both graduates of Mt. Spokane High School. Her daughter went on to graduate from the University of Montana with a psychology degree, and her son is now attending WSU for finance while also working at ProCare during the summer. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys family time, gardening, and creating spaces that feel welcoming, cared for, and full of life.

As owners, Evan and Sarah take pride in leading Spokane ProCare with the same values the company was built on: honesty, quality, personal service, and genuine care for the people and properties they serve.
